Did Not Attends (DNA's) 61 people failed to attend for their appointment in December. That's 61 appointments wasted! Please ring the surgery if you cannot make your appointment and we can release it for other patients. Patients that continue to make and not attend appointments will be removed from our practice list.
Appointments: Please make sure you help us run on time. Only take one problem to one appointment, think of the patient's waiting after you.

Patient Forum The next meeting will be confirmed and the date publised on this website. We meet bi-monthly to discuss current issues and to generally have a good chin wag about what's good and what's not about the practice and the healthcare services we provide. We very much welcome feedback and are interested in adding to the group by promoting an e-forum practice group to compliment the current one. This will we hope open up the group to the interested patients that are unable to attend the meetings but still would like to contribute. Online Services Here at Southlands Medical Group we are continuously trying to improve our services. Our patient survey results highlighted a need for more varied forms of patient/practice communication and so we have introduced an online service for booking appointments, requesting prescriptions, amending your personal details etc. You can now register to view parts of your medical records. (YOU NEED EXTRA LOG IN DETAILS FOR THIS SERVICE)
