Friends & Family Test Survey Results ( posted on May 1, 2015 )

You've been giving us your feedback on your care and treatment.  You told us:

In September we surveyed 2660 patients and received 293 responses, 95% of the patients that responded have said they would be extremely likely or likely to recommend this GP practice to their friends or family.  However 2% said they would be unlikely and 3% didn't know.  The main reason noted was the time people spent for a routine GP appointment.  We appreciate your feedback.

We're listening and this is what we're doing:

1.  We have successfully recruited additional clinicians and our waiting times for a routine GP/Nurse appointment currently stand at 4 days to see a GP and 4 days to see a Practice Nurse.  All urgent requests are dealt with same day. We would appreciate if patients could try the new clinicians rather than waiting to see a particular GP.  We do however understand that continuity of care is important.  PLEASE CONTINUE TO FEEDBACK SO THAT WE CAN CONTINUE TO IMPROVE.
