There are only two ways to get a Vaccine Passport, download the #NHSApp from Google Play or the iOS App Store to get your Vaccine Passport.
If you do not have a smartphone, or are unable to connect to the internet, as long as you have had two doses of the vaccine you can receive a paper copy by ringing 119 and one will be posted to you within five working days.
