In September we received 346 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 98% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 1% however felt their experience was Poor or Very Poor, the remaining 1% of patients responded neither good nor poor.

What was Good: Patients felt they were treated with respect and found staff to be polite and helpful.
What was not so Good: Some patients were kept waiting. All of the clinicians will aim to run on time if however they are running late you will be kept updated of your expected wait time. PLEASE LIMIT THE PROBLEMS YOU BRING TO A SINGLE APPOINTMENT. Thank you for your cooperation
