We have had great success in patients registering for the online app. This is a much easier system for ordering your repeat medication, make appointments, viewing your medical records etc. and we would encourage all patients to register for online access. We also opened a telephone line for patients to order their prescriptions but understand that it is getting more difficult to get through as the phone lines are so busy. We had stopped accepting paper prescription requests during COVID, but now feel we should restart accepting paper requests if you are unable to register for the online service so that you’re not kept waiting on the phone.
