In May we received 504 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 99% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 1% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor

What was Good: Patients felt they were treated with respect and found staff to be helpful. More patients found using the online services including eConsult easier than phoning reception.
What was not so Good: Some appointments ran late, whilst we will alway aim to run on time there may be times when we run late (emergencies etc.) We will keep you updated if this is the case. Thanks for your feed back
