In June we received 624 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 98% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 1% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor and 1% didn’t know

What was Good: Patients felt they were able to get an appointment within reasonable time frames. The majority of patients fed back that they felt listened to and had full confidence in the clinician they saw. The reception team are courteous and helpful.
What was not so Good: Some appointments ran late, whilst we will alway aim to run on time there may be times when we run late (emergencies etc.) We will keep you updated if this is the case. Thanks for your feed back
