In October we received 617 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 98% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 1% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor

What was Good: Patients are able to get an appointment within a reasonable time. Patients were happy with the clinician they saw and felt listened to and involved in their treatment plan. The reception team are always polite and helpful.
What was not so Good: Occasionally clinicians can run late, whilst we will always aim to run on time there may be times when we run late (emergencies etc.) We will keep you updated if this is the case. Please continue to feed back
