In November we received 687 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 98% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 1% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor and 1% didn’t know

What was Good: Patients felt they were able to book an appointment within a reasonable timescale and were confident with the clinician they saw.
What was not so Good: Sometimes the clinician ran late, all clinicians will try their best to run on time but if a clinician is running late we will always aim to keep patients informed of the wait time
