In January we received 667 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 98% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 1% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor and 1% didn’t know

What was Good: Patients are happy that they can book an appointment within a reasonable timescale. They feel happy with the treatment plan offered.
What was not so Good: Sometimes the clinician ran late. We will endeavour to improve our timekeeping and will keep patients informed if a clinician is running late.
