August Friends & Family test results

In August we received 647 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 98% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 1% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor and 1% didn’t know
What was Good: Appointment waiting times are reasonable. Urgent requests are triaged and seen same day if felt necessary. Practice staff are respectful.
What was not so Good: The amount of time they are kept waiting to see the clinician. We continue to try and improve to make sure patients are not kept waiting if at all possible.
