September’s Friends & Family results
In September we received 631 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 98% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 1% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor and 1% didn’t know
PLEASE CONTINUE TO HELP US IMPROVE BY PROVIDING YOUR FEEDBACK.
What was Good: “I don’t need to wait too long for an appointment”. Urgent requests are triaged and seen same day if felt necessary. Practice staff are very helpful.
What was not so Good: “Being kept waiting in the waiting area to see the clinician”. We continue to try and improve to make sure patients are not kept waiting if at all possible. If there is a long wait we will keep you updated of the expected wait time.
