November Friends & Family results
In November we received 752 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 98% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 1% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor and 1% didn’t know
What was Good: The waiting times for an appointment, same day if urgent. Call back on the telephones, the option to be called back so not being kept in the queue.
What was not so Good: Being kept waiting by the clinician. We continue to try and improve to make sure patients are not kept waiting if at all possible. If there is a long wait we will keep you updated of the expected wait time.
