December Friends & Family report

In December we received 648 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 98% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 1% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor and 1% didn’t know

What was Good: Not having to wait too long for an appointment. How helpful and courteous practice staff are.
What was not so Good: Being kept waiting by the clinician. We continue to try and improve to make sure patients are not kept waiting if at all possible. If there is a long wait we will keep you updated of the expected wait time.
