June Friends & Family results

In June we received 714 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 98% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 1% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor and 1% didn’t know
What was Good: The time you had to wait to get an appointment and the choice of ways you can contact the surgery.
What was not so Good: The clinicians running late. We understand this can be very frustrating and we are working hard to try and fix this. We thank you for your support and patience.
