January 26 – Friends & Family results
In January we received 638 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 99% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 1% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor and 0% didn’t know.
What was Good: Appointment availability.
What was not so Good: Again patients being kept waiting to see the clinician, we’re trying very hard to fix this and apologise if you are kept waiting. We will always try to inform you if there is an unexpected delay. The on call GP clinics are very unpredictable as they deal with all urgent contacts and queries as well as seeing patients requesting urgent appointments. We thank you for your continued support and patience.
