Repeat Prescriptions

Registering for Online Access

If you are taking regular medication you may request a repeat prescription by requesting it online.

You must register for the online service and must have an email address. To register simply email the practice at practice.admin@nhs.net with your full name, date of birth, mobile number and email address. Add online access request in the subject line of your email. We will then email your registration document to you. Please keep this in a safe place.

We are now also able to do this for children (up to the age of 11 without the child’s consent and over the age of 11 up to 16 with their consent). This is called Proxy Access and can be done via the same method above. Carers and family can also request Proxy Access for a family member or friend as long as they give their consent. For more information please read this leaflet.

To complete the consent form please download it here and return it to the practice along with the required ID.

During the coronavirus outbreak we are happy to take consent over the phone from the patient allowing access. If you have already registered for this service please click the link below to login to our services.

Please allow 48 hours notice when requesting a repeat prescription. It is advisable to have your medication reviewed regularly.

If you are unable to pick up your prescription, you can send a stamped addressed envelope and your prescription will be posted to you or picked up by the Chemist at your request. Prescriptions will not be given to children under 16 years.
