May Friends & Family feedback
In May we received 656 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 98% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 1% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor and 1% didn’t know
What was Good: Patients are happy that they don’t have to wait too long to get an appointment and that they are able to be seen, when triaged and felt necessary, same day for urgent issues. They like the way the receptionist deal with their queries.
What was not so Good: Sometimes the clinician ran late. We continue to try and improve to make sure patients are not kept waiting if at all possible.
