January Friends & Family results
In January we received 659 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 98% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 1% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor and 1% didn’t know
What was Good: Getting an appointment when you need it and not having to wait too long. Friendly, helpful staff.
What was not so Good: Being kept waiting by the clinicians. The clinicians are working hard to improve this. If there is a long wait we will keep you updated of the expected wait time.
