August Friends & Family results

In August we received 563 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 98% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 2% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor and 0% didn’t know

What was Good: You were able to make an appointment in a timely manner.
What was not so Good: Being kept waiting when seeing a clinician. We regularly discuss waiting times and all clinicians aim to see you in your allocated time slot, we apologise if you have been kept waiting. We thank you for your support and patience.
