October Friends & Family results

In October we received 652 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 98% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 2% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor and 0% didn’t know

What was Good: You did not have to wait too long to make a routine appointment.
What was not so Good: Waiting times. We apologise if you are kept waiting and our clinicians will always endeavour to run on time. The same day surgery clinics are a little different to routine clinics as the on-call GP has many queries coming from a range of different services as well as seeing patients in their urgent clinics. We thank you for your support and patience.
