Seasonal Flu

The flu season has arrived unusually early this year and Doctors are increasingly concerned about rising flu cases due to a new, stronger strain of the virus. Hospitals are already seeing more patients with flu. Advice is to get your flu vaccination! Who is eligible:

Pregnant women

All children aged 2 or 3 years on 31 August 2025 (this is a nasal spray)

Everyone aged 65 years and over

Individuals living with long-term conditions such as Heart Disease, Diabetes, COPD, Severe Astham etc. aged 18-65 years
