December Friends & Family Results

In December we received 548 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 99% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 1% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor and 0% didn’t know

What was Good: You can book a routine appointment within a reasonable time frame.
What was not so Good: The time patients are kept waiting to see the clinician is the main problem according to feedback. We apologise if you are kept waiting and you will be informed if there is an expected delay. On call clinics are different to routine clinics as the on-call GP has many queries coming from a range of different services as well as seeing patients in their urgent clinics.
