April Friends & Family results
In April we received 637 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 98% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 1% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor and 1% didn’t know
What was Good: Patients are happy that they can book an appointment without having to wait too long and same day for urgent appointments. They feel involved in their care.
What was not so Good: Sometimes the clinician ran late. This is high on our agenda to improve and to make sure patients are not kept waiting if at all possible.
