July’s Friends & Family results
In July we received 684 responses to our Friends and Family questionnaires, 98% of the patients that responded rated their experience of our service as Very good or Good. 2% however felt their experience was Neither Good nor Poor or Poor and 0% didn’t know
What was Good: The service you received from the reception staff and the care you received from the clinicians.
What was not so Good: Again the most common feedback is that the clinicians can run late. Whilst the clinicians always aim to run on time sometimes other emergencies can interrupt their clinics especially with the on-call clinics. We will continue to strive to improve this. We thank you for your support and patience.
