We will send you a reminder about a future appointment
We will send you a reminder to book in for your annual review
We can send you self-book links so that you can make your own appointments for flu injections, BPs etc.
We will ask you for your feedback if you have used our services recently
We ask that if you have an iPhone or a Smartphone you go to the app store and download the free NHS App as this is more interactive. Once you download your NHS App you should switch on your notifications to stay connected.
