New Patients

New Patients are Very Welcome

You must live in the practice catchment area to register with this practice, please ask at reception for details.

Catchment Area

If you live in the catchment area you can register with the practice by attending the surgery and completing a registration form. You will also need to complete a new patient health questionnaire. This will help us with your healthcare until we receive your medical records from your previous GP practice. You will be asked to provide two items of identification, one containing a photo such as a UK driving license or passport and the other showing your current address such as a utility bill. This is so we can check you are eligible for NHS treatment.

We will then make an appointment with one of our nurses to have a new patient medical, she will ask you some questions such as do you smoke? She will measure your height, weight, Blood Pressure etc and ask you questions about any illness you may have and if you have any family members that have history of illness. This is so we can ensure you get the right treatment right from the very start.
